Yes, access to both water and power is preferred to complete an exterior detail. If either isn’t available, I can usually provide my own — please mention this during booking so the correct setup and time can be allowed for.

Time varies depending on the package selected and the condition of the vehicle. Most exterior details take between 1 to 3 hours, with more comprehensive services taking longer.

Yes. I use professional products and techniques designed to work safely in outdoor conditions. If extreme heat or weather is an issue, I’ll discuss the best approach with you on the day.

If the vehicle requires additional time or services beyond what was booked, I’ll let you know before proceeding. Any adjustments are discussed upfront to ensure clear expectations and fair pricing.

Light rain usually isn’t an issue and work can still go ahead as planned. In the case of heavy rain or unsuitable conditions, I’ll contact you to discuss the best option — whether that’s adjusting the service, delaying part of the work, or rescheduling to ensure the best possible result.
All services are performed with care, however results may vary depending on paint condition and previous treatments.
